We offer an experience that is more than pilates. A full-body workout blending pilates, strength and cardio into 45 minutes – low impact, high intensity, instructor-led every session.

Train on our exclusive machines: the Rowformer, a reformer with a rower attached, and the Bikeformer, a reformer with a bike attached. The first of its kind hybrid training – more variety, more sweat, more results.

From the trainers to the lighting and music, every element has been crafted to give you the best workout experience. Expect a premium experience to match – including cold towels soaked in eucalyptus oil post-workout and a dedicated mobility area for all your pre and post workout needs.
